How many days does trixazole take to boost your immune system in order for your cd4 count to be up? ## Please correct me if I'm wrong, but in my investigation, trixazole does not appear to be the correct spelling of the alleged medication... Did you mean to say Triazole or Tinidazole by chance? Triazole is an antibiotic containing a combination of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim; used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. Tinidazole is also an antibiotic/anti-parasitic that treats a variety of bacterial/parasitic infections... But just so you're aware, antibiotics of this nature do not boost the immune system. They simply kill off the bad (and good) bacteria. If you're trying to boost your immune system, my personal opinion is that you can't go wrong with a stead...

I have taken a dose of 4 500 Mg tabs for abdominal pain that my GP diagnosed as parasites. I have felt worse up to 24 hours afterwards, with sharp muscle pain, severe headache, & mild nausea, and still the same abdominal pain, presumably side effects of the above tablets. How long would it be that I should start to feel better.

My girlfriend says she has trichomonasis, a common STI that girls get but guys have no symptoms. Does ampicilina work on that and can I take it? ## Hello, Kenny! How are you? The preferred antibiotics are actually Tinidazole or Metronidazole and it can often be cleared up in just one dose. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain. It would be best to see your doctor to obtain the correct treatment. Is there anything else I can help with?

This pill is round and white and is from india..says Tinidazole 500mg uncoated on packing. But no impront on the tablet. Is this tinidazole 500Mg? ## Hello, Karen! How are you? Foreign countries don't regulate their medications like the U.S. and Canada, so it's hard to be sure if what you've received is the correct medication, or not. Do they happen to list a manufacturer on the packaging? That may enable me to check it out more for you.

tablet engraved N one half and L other half, scored colour red/salmon approx 23mm length width approx 13mm ## Tablet engraved N one half and L other half, scored colour red/salmon approx 23mm length width approx 13mm ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I could locate is a pink oval pill marked with "N L" on one side and "551" on the other. This particular pill identified as Tinidazole 500 mg; an anti-parasitic drug used against protozoan infections. Manufacturer: Novel Laboratories, Inc. NOTE: I've only seen the description for this pill and not any images, so it's unclear to me whether or not this pill has the score line you mentioned as well. Does anyone else happen to recognize this tablet?

Hi, I have been prescribed the drug tinidazole 2000mg as a single dose for the treatment of giardia. I took it last night with dinner. I have the bad taste in the mouth that is listed as a side effect and was just wondering how long this will last for? Any one have their own experiences with this medicine? ## How long did it last, Sapph? While the after taste that some medications, such as this, can cause is annoying, it's not generally harmful and doesn't usually last more than a day or two after dosing is finished. You can learn more Tinidazole details here. I hope it's successful at treating it for you. ## The gross taste only lasted the next day which is goo!
