Iam 76,continuing with TGTorEZ for past 5 years I tried with double dozefor 2weeks. Then tri gliceridescame down to 165 Then back to 1 tab aday It cotinued till last week I noticed my Blood sugar rose to169gms%. So I chaned my diet from rice to ragystopped eating plantains sugarless cofee and plenty of fish in food. To my surprise BS down to112% triglicerides to174 an all time low Can I stop taking TGTOR and manage with dieting? Kindly give a reply

From just an online post, it is difficult for anyone to know if it is your dietary changes that have helped, the medication, or a combination of both.
