Certain types of 30 mg adderall (mainly the big, pink & as of recent orange round ones cut with a cross imprint), tend to not work as well 4 me as the 1's I always used to get orange oval-shaped 1's that read 30 & split in the middle; & kinda tasted like candy). This time I was filled em & the Pharm. Tech said the Manuf. is TEVA. Haven't pk.'d em up yet..wondering which they were. Been searching 4 an image online but so far no luck.

I don't have an image to post for you, due to copyright reasons.

However, I can provide you the markings and description of the 30mg mixed amphetamine salts tablet that is manufactured by Teva.

It is oval, an orangish peach color and has b over 974 on one side, with a 30 on the other.

Is there anything else I can help with?

I hate the stupid pink ones, they give me headaches and make me irritated, I have taken adderal 30mg IR twice a day for 10+ yrs. now this last yr they seem to be ridiculous in price, impossible to find, and no matter what they say everyone I know who takes them says the pink ones suck and are completely different. I have ADHD and need my medication to do my job and am so frustrated that I can't get the ones made from BARR anymore. Kids are gonna do drugs and abuse medal but that doesn't mean people who really need medications should be punished... Don't really have a question sorry... Just hope someone has a solution

I had my first prescription for Richwood Pharmaceuticals of Kentucky, and, all was well, even after, around 2001, when ShireUS merged with Richwood, who manufactured the original Adderall since the 4th quarter fo 1993, all was fine, even when, ShireUS first sold Barr Labs the rights to produce all of generic Adderall, I switched around 2005 and had absolutely no problem plus I saved money. However, EVERYTHING CHANGED ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO, a foreign conglomerate, Teva of Israel, bought out 100% of the high quality Barr Labs, and, the compaints with Teva are widespread, with other controlled drugs, just google "Teva Ambien Sucks" and you will get many consumers very frustrated when Sanofi C-IV excellent hypnotic went generic, and Teva ranks at the bottom of many consumers list for the bioavailability of the drugs, many USA citizens do not realize the buffers and fillers that can consist of as much as 20% of the way our body organs breaks down the active bioequiivalence of regulated FDA generics, is NOT REGULATED BY OUR FDA. Teva and another foreign conglomerate, Ranbasy of India, have many many complaints with their equal agressive entry into the USA market of ethical pharmaceuticals......another conflict is with the former Core Pharmaceuticals who made generic Adderall, there were many complaints several yrs ago, with anything Ranbaxy had to do with USA generics, and I have accidently received the 20mg joint venture Ranbaxy-Core 20mg tabs and I also got a headache, and a constant uneven mood swings, so bad I threw the bottle out, and refused to deal with the pharmacy who switched to using more Teva and Ranbaxy cheap generics. Reseach those firms,, they have huge assets from building up a worldwide foundation from selling pills originally to 3rd world countriies with poor or no regulations for quality control!!!!!!! I saw this coming in fear, before the Barr shortage arrived, and I plan on switching to GSK Dexdrine, like I took 1994 to 1997 with sustained release Spansules 15 mg with three 5mg booster Dexedrine instant release Dexedrine Sulfate orange hearts, but, It is a fact that GSK stopped production of 5 mg instant release AA Orange book rated Dexedrine 2.5 yrs ago, and, only the sustained release remain, and the price has jumped 18 months ago to $300.02 for one bottle of 90 Dexedrine brand Spansules 15 mg size, it has triped in price since 1995. For me, Ritalin is better than nothing but is a fast up and down roller coaster ride, and the sustained release Ritalin, is too weak for me, "gave up on all Novartis Ritalin, or generic Ritalin in 1994. I used to take Desoxyn Gradumet coated sustained release methamphetamine, and it would work, all day long, but Abbott Labs stopped making the sustained release versions in 1999, and sold the license for instant release methamphetamine 5 mg to Ovation 11 years ago, and for me it is honestly too strong, unless, I mix the benzo in robust doses of Klonopin with it, it is too complicated, now. the choices are getting less and less, I am so spoiled from the early 1970's when there were almost 60 different ways to fly with stimulants. I am 62 yrs old, and I cannot function, without either original Adderall or without original Dexedrine Spansule added to Dexedrine immediate release 5 mg or the ShireUS former DextroStrat, both :Gone with the Wind"...........in the same boat as you.

hi i have been on that drug for a long time now and over time i have moved around to state to state, had the same problem. then i told a walmart why is your drug for this so high priced and it doesnt work as well. i showed them what i was taking before and the pill . they calledc my old place where i was getting them and after that walmart started to carry it. now all walmarts carry what you are looking for. and yes it does taste like candy or a sweet taste thats because its more pure, and so its more smoother and dont cash so hard when it wears off more balanced.

Re: Verwon (# 1)

The oval ones don't work well for me. I have them now and I'm really pissed off. I took one and I haven't gotten a headache at least as of yet. Maybe they changed the makeup of it, the ingredients that is. I'm waiting on the backorder from Sandoz. The s****y part about it is that now I'm out of meds until they are received and I have to go all the way back to the pharmacy because I didn't check the bottle before I left.

Re: Lo (# 9)

I have tried all of the IR generic brands, and although there are problems with TEVA IR, as it is not as potent as it once was, it still is the best in my opinion.

Re: renee73 (# 12)

Renee,

Have you given up on the medication, or did you find something that works like it use to. I found another thread, stating that Teva is reducing its potency. I feel it, this month. Got new prescription today and I haven't felt at all like getting interested in any of my projects. What do you know that you might share?
