can headach occur after taking telma am for controlling high blood pressure ## i have started taking telma AM for last one month and coversyl plus for controlling high BP(150/95) Sometimes i feel headache, also loss of apetite ,around 2 kg (Wt was 68 ht 5ft 9)loss of wt . My doctor has prescribed Telma H for maintaining blood pressure. It was changed to Telma 40 but did not give a full explanation why. On the net I have seen there is Telma AM as well. I had Angioplasty on December 10th, 2016. My Dr. advised me to take Telma AM + Telmisartan 40mg + Amlodipine 5 mg. What is impact of these medications on the heart and blood pressure? My bp was always high. DR prescribed eritel ch80. Bp seems to be in control but I have major side effect. Whenever I stand up from sitting or sleeping I feel major weakness and seem to fall. I need to rest for a min and then I can start. And this happens everytime I stand. Sometimes I feel I am going to collapse. is this normal with this medicine. I am a 60 year old male with high BP. I was taking Losar 50 mg ×2 and metoprolol XL 25mg × 2 but as my BP shot up to 160/90 with heaviness in my head and neck, the doctor changed the medicines and introduced Temsan-H in the morning and metoprolol XL 25mg in the evening since the last 3 days. I am feeling better but since introduction of this medicine at times I feel slight pressure on the upper part of the chest. Is this side effects of Temsan-H and reducing the dose of metoprolol? I am experiencing extreme dizziness, nausea, sinustis and irritating coughing going over into ashma attacks. I have been taking Co-Protor for about 12 months now and the symptoms are getting so bad that I cannot function normally. I'm using co-pritor for 9 months. Suddenly i'm experiencing severe muscle pains especially in my upper arms. It seems to get better as I move but at night cant sleep due to pain.This pain is worst in the morning and my wrists is also affected struggelling and painfull to start the day.
