As per my doctor's advice, I have been taking telma 40 (one in the morning for 25 days) along with Vertin 24 (2 tablets per day). My blood pressure varies from 68/110 to 72/114. My doc . Prescribed Telma am after the By Pass to control BP but the BP was around 165/85. So he changed to Telma 40. The BP is still 170/ 85. Now he has again advised me to shift to Telma am. I was taking telemisarton h 40mg and atnolol 25mg od for about three years but my pulse rate came around 50. Now my dr changed it and has given me telemisartan 40 mg BD and amlodipin 5mg BD.
