Telma H 80

I am taking Listril-SM tab one in the morning and Tenoric-50 one at night. I have now been advised to take Telma-AM-H-80 one per day. I had previously tried Telma-40 and subsequently Telma-H as per Doctor's advise but it failed to maintain my blood pressure. Should the new medicine will be of any use ?

There are differences in these medications.

The original Telma only contains the active ingredient Telmisartan, the Telma-H contained that, with the addition of Hydrochlorothiazide.

The Telma-AM-H combines both of those ingredients, with Amlodipine, so yes, it could give you better blood pressure control, but the only way to know is to follow your doctors instructions and try it.
