Tegretol And Limb Defects With My 2nd Baby
UpdatedI see that they finally included "limb defects" in babies as a risk whose mothers were on Tegretol during pregnancy...my son was born with a missing fibula in his left let, and his foot was severely deformed. So much, that they had to amputate, and give him a prosthesis. My question is....should I attempt to achieve a personal lawsuit, or look for a class action lawsuit, or is it too late, since my son was born in 1996....I would appreciate any advice you can give me! Thank you!
