Tamsulosin And Stuffy Nose

I was on Rapaflo for enlarged prostrate for one month then Dr switched me to 0.4MG Tamsulosin twice a day. I had retained urine in my bladder and had retrograde ejaculation with Rapaflo. Absolutely love the Tamsulosin except for the stuffy nose. Does that side effect ever go away?

I've been on tamsulosin probably 6 years, and never knew this is why I have a constant stuffy nose, always thought it was allergies. I've been using Mucinex nasal spray twice a day for years.
