Taking Naturogest And Duphaston Together

My wife is 6 weeks pregnant and the doctor prescribed her Naturogest 200 (5 tabs daily) and Duphaston 10 mg (2 tabs daily). As I have seen on the internet that both medications are for the same purpose, please suggest whether it's safe to take both of these meds together?
