Taking Instaflex With Tramadol

This will be my first time taking Instaflex. How am I supposed to take it? I am currently taking Tramadol 50mg for knee pain. In my right knee I have no cartilage left in it. It is basically rubbing bone on bone. I need to know the success rate with both drugs.

Instaflex is not considered a medication, it is classified as a supplement. It contains Turmeric, Resveratrol, Boswella extract, collagen, hyaluronic acid, and bioperine. These are believed to help with joint pain, and inflammation, but Instaflex is not FDA approved, and hasn't been proven to help. Some people report good results with it, and if your doctor approves, there is usually no harm in trying it.

Having recently started having issues that my doctor said are caused by arthritis, I have started taking a supplement with similar ingredients, that also include Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM.

It should also be noted that if such supplements do help, it can take a 2 to 4 weeks, before you see any results.

The FDA warns that Tramadol carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
