Tablets For Skin Allergy

All of a sudden i noticed small reddish pus filled pimple near nose and within 24 hours it spread all over face and neck... it has multiplied like anything .. so i just want to know the reason and home remedies to treat this type of allergy..can u please help me!!!! thank u!!
