My creatine is 2.3 and potassium is 4.4. I have not had a bowel movement in 3 days. What may be the reason why?

I have had loose watery motion for the last 3 days, triggered by cremafinn. I had only 4 mL to control it. I dared to take flagyl 400 knowing I get itching all over my body. Exactly that happened a half hour afterwards. I am allergic to flagyl. Now I don't know how to get rid of this loose motion? I have no desire to eat & no appetite. I am 77, retired. Should I take ciprofloxacin plus tinidazole 500-600 and what dose? Can tinidazole cause a similar allergic reaction like flagyl (metronidazole)?

My age is 68 years. I have knee pain for the last about one year. I use pain killer but it is a temporary treatment. I am already taking Calcium tablets and Multi vitamins. But when I do not take it, pain started in my knees. Please advise some permanent treatment.
