Normal medications that can cause bowel movements do not actually cause the stomach to clear any faster than normal, what they actually work on and clear are your bowels.

As to what you can use, I am not sure what all is available for you, but usually the safest to use would be just a fiber supplement.

However, you should check with your doctor, before using anything, to make sure it is safe for you to do so.

Are you having a problem with constipation?
