Yes, if you refer to the drug monograph here:

Tussionex

you will see it contains Hydrocodone and from some manufacturers Dyhydrocodeinone.

My former doctor used to prescribe Tussionex Penn kinetic Suspension for Bronchitis or severe coughs with migraine-like headaches all during the late 90s and up until about 2008. On one occasion I went to see him with a severe chest cold with local chest pain and high fever. After his examination, as usual, he would leave the room to write any prescriptions he felt I needed, which after years of seeing the same MD, I just expected his usual scripts for Biaxin and Tussionex Cough Syrup. On that occasion he returned with antibiotic but a completely different cough syrup which was basically a 4 hour duration syrup of Phenergan and Codeine. As I had become accustomed to a generous script (w refills) for several years, as he turned to leave the exam room, I asked if I could just take the same product that he had prescribed for years, Tussionex? He briefly turned and said "Never heard of it"! What I came to find out later was Tussionex had become so widely abused and a huge problem in many states including diversion and even disappeared by cases of 750mL bottles, the state patrol had actively worked with the largest medical "organizations" in the state to request or apply pressure on doctors to quit prescribing it altogether. Later I learned this highly abused syrup was obtained by certain groups and mixed with 7-UP or Sprite along with some alcohol and served at parties for a fair amount of money. It was "coin" named on the street as "Lean". The huge difference in Tussionex versus other cough syrups is/was that Tussionex had 8.5 -10mg per teaspoon of Hydrocodone in suspension, which made it effective for 12 hours unlike any other cough syrups and with that formulation and a bit of Chlorpheneramine made this stuff absolutely unlike any other cough syrup before or since. I've heard that it is still manufactured by maybe one company, Sus-madae but haven't had it prescribed to me or anyone I know for years now, though every now and then I'll run into someone who says its still out there and have a quick, "Wow, do you remember how that stuff made you feel no pain, like floating on a cloud especially when you were very sick?" I guess it worked just a little bit to well for the general public. Nowadays I've gone into the hospital unable to breath with torn rib cage muscles and slightly fractured ribs and got handed two Aleve and a light muscle relaxant and sent home without even a few minutes of Oxygen to try to catch my breath. And on another occasion a severely separated shoulder and was given just the muscle relaxant and an arm splint. I just asked for a roll of nylon medical tape and bandaged my arm to my chest and figured my best bet was to search the years old meds in the medicine cabinet at home and grab a bottle of Johnny. I suppose those methods worked because I've stitched myself up with sewing thread just to avoid the drive to the ER. At least in the state I live in currently.
