My kitty was recently given this medication following her surgery. Its been one week and she seems to be in a daze she hasnt had a dose in over 24 hours and is still acting lethargic. torb (torbugesic) = opiate narcotic. Will make kitty drowsy, spacey, for some animals it can make them a little restless. It is a good pain reliever, but just like any drug is not right for everyone. Val syrup = is a sweet syrup that helps the absorptive rate of the drugs on the gums. Lasts roughly 4 hours in terms of pain help.
