Guafinessen an expectorate, losens phlems and has a cough dupressant unlike tcl 272 all Guafinessen, expectorate working in the lungs.Neither is controlled.

This is generic otc cough medicine, it also contains dextromethorphan..... Some people take a large amount of this drug because it gives them a high.... but the other active ingredient can be dangerous at high doses...

This pill is anything but harmless, I got here because I just found one on the floor at a pretty close friend's house....I remember her husband had told me several months back she takes a large amount of them everyday bc it artificially boosts her serotonin or dopamine levels. I'm very sorry to hear about your son, but from what I have learned this is becoming sort of an undercover epidemic as they are perfectly legal to buy.

Wow pls dont listen to this guy. Sorry man u dont kno wat ur talking about. I'm very knowledgeable in this area and it has nothing to do with opiates! Yea this pill can be abused but its cuz of the dxm and is used to kinda take the edge off if ur withdrawing. Apparently he did have a sinus issue. Makes sense. Clearing that up!
