I saw this same question asked in a related thread, so below is the message that I posted there:
Are you sure that the tablet you're seeing isn't just a really light washed out yellow? Only ask because if you look at the picture, it doesn't seem to be a super vibrant color. I checked on the NIH and on this site, and the only tablet with the imprint T 194 is described as "yellow". (NDC 31722-194: OXYCODONE 10 MG / ACETAMINOPHEN 325 MG ORAL TABLET) ... But colors can be subjective.
I also wanted to say that if your tablet is really a bright white, then there's a chance that it could be counterfeit. You could always drop it by a pharmacy when in doubt.

I got my prescription filled this month and it had T194 and is white, which to be honest, does not work at all for me. Plus it dissolves in my mouth the moment it hits it. I truly think mine are counterfeit because they do not work and I got my from a pharmacy. Have you had any issues with yours? tracy
