Sun.severe Rash And Itching.

Thyroid removed 5 yrs.ago Prescribed Levothyroxine,Cozaar and Beloc. Last 2 yrs.any sun exposure rash appears on exposed skin,frantic itching & burning,skin like sand-paper,Tried antihistamines,both pills and creams, but no change.Difficult to get medical advice,-Brit.living on Cyprus. Could the drugs be the cause.I know chemo takers can't be in the sun.

All three of the medications you listed can cause sun sensitivity.

Thanks for response regarding sun sensitivity and my 3 medications. I'm still almost covered in burning, itchy rash after 3 weeks. Have taken Clarityn,Piriton,and used Eurax,Anthisan and Stilex Jel, all to no avail. Have now started Telfast 180 mg, and am using good old Calamine Lotion. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
