It is normal for your body to react, in some manner, when you eat foods that are outside of your normal diet, or if you eat them in amounts higher than you usually do.

In such cases, the only thing you can really do is avoid these trigger foods, or only add them into your diet in small amounts, gradually increasing your intake of them, so your body gets used to them.

As to milk, it may be a lactose intolerance that is causing that problem. There are products on the market that you can take that can help improve your digestion of lactose, or you can try reduced lactose milk products.

Are there any other questions?
