Strovite Vs Vita-s-forte

My pharmacist tells me that Strovite is a simple vitamin; but I've always been prescribed Vita-s-forte. He then informed me that that was the generic. And the Strovite is the non-generic of the same product. Is this true?

Yes, they are both multivitamin/mineral supplements that contain the same essential nutrients, so they can be used interchangeably.
