Stomach Burning Sensation

I am 68 years old woman. For the past 15 years I am suffering from irritation in tongue, throat and stomach while taking hot substance like chillies, peppers etc. I have almost completely AVOIDED chillies, peppers etc for the past 5 years. Anyhow when pazol and gelusil were taken, felt relief temporarily. Last 1 year every 2 months I get diahorea thrice and cured after taking antibiotic and loose motion medicine and LOST 6 kgs during that last loose motion.

In sept 2011 endoscopy, colonoscopy and related blood tests and liver tests were taken and no abnormality (except 2mm mild chronic duodenitis). Doctor prescribed pentacid capsules but NO effect after taking it. For the past 1 month after taking food or water I feel very bad with burning sensation, heaviness, gastric and indigestion. In EMPTY stomach I feel normal. Doctor prescribed T-Receiper -D. After 15 days of the prescription of T-Receiper-D, doctor prescribed pentacid DSR, Still my problem is continuing. Please let me know the root cause of my problems.

I am not a doctor, but you probably have a sensitivity to the capsaicin in those and should just avoid eating products that contain it.

It can create excess acid in many people, even if it has never bothered you before, it can also be more pronounced as you age. Thus, your best solution may be to change your diet, rather than looking for a medication that will solve the problem.

Thanks for your advice, FYI I am NOT taking capsicum and peppers and capsaicin in my medicine for the last 5 years. Please help me in resolving my problem.
