Hello, Julio! How are you?
It would be best not to change your dosage, without your doctor's approval. This medication isn't an actual analgesic, it works by decreasing the motion of your stomach and intestines. I can also take several weeks to reach its full level of efficacy in your body.
How long have you been taking it?
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, bloating and blurred vision.
