Hello,

The closest match I could find states that a small white square tab imprinted with an "A" on one side is an Altoid mint. It's Altoid Sugar Free Smalls and either Peppermint or Wintergreen flavor (both are white).

You mentioned that your pill also has a "V" on it as well, so there's a chance that they may not be related, but I hope this bit of info can help narrow down your search!

Hey David so if it tasted like medicine(kinda bitter) that’s because it most likely has liquid Alprazolam (Xanax) Intensol on it. The scariest problem with these is that because they are street made u have absolutely no idea how much is on them. The liquid form can be anywhere from 2mg (one Xanax bar) per1ml all the way up to 20mg(10 Xanax bars) per 1ml. Benzodiazepines are extremely easy to overdose on in small doses especially when mixed with anything else. My advice is apparently we sit down and talk to him without yelling if you possibly can and see if he has a problem with benzos if he does I would absolutely encourage getting him in treatment as soon as you can unless you would prefer not saying anything flushing him and then he’ll just get more and you’ll end up butying him.
