Sprintec Missed Three Pills

I missed three days of the blue pills (really stressful time with a lot on my mind) I was on week two and missed Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This morning (Sunday) I woke up with my period? What do I do? I'm not sure whether to just keep going or start a new pack.

If you miss more than 2 pills, you should go ahead and start a new pack to get back on track. You will also want to use some other form of protection for about a week, since missing even one pill can increase your chances of getting pregnant.

You can always keep the ones left in this pack around, for such a time as you may drop and lose a pill, or for a future time where you would like to take extras, because having your period then would be inconvenient.

I was wondering how thick the coating (if there was one) the sprintec pills have. I dropped one of my pills in water and it was submerged for 20-30 seconds at most. I didn't see a big change in size...am I ok to take it still? If not should I take another? I know overdosing is dangerous
