Updatedhello friends as like others i m also s.p fome last 5 years and i m taking 10 pills per day so my quastion is that somebody told me that 90% side effect of S.P comes frome the gel(cover of the capsul) it is true and it is safe to take s.p like this if there is some side effect to eat s.p like this plz tell me friends soon as posible plzz tell someone who experienced about that ...buy n take care all af you.......
