I m 56 yrs old male suffering from frozen shoulder on my right side arm after falling down from my bike since last 4 months passed. A moderate pain on the same shoulder occasionally felt specially while sleeping on the right side. Please advise me what medicine should I take for the same. I m also an old cardiac patient with post PT CA and taking constantly the concerned medications. ## Can I take Mecobalamin 1500 mcg tablet for the treatment of frozen shoulder ## Dosage of mecobalamin for perifirial neuropathy? 500mcg 3x daily? The pharmacy has delivered Normosol sachets to my mother in law - no instructions. Does she take them in water or just drink the stuff (it is sodium chloride for low sodium), thanks ## SAme queston only to my mother ## The listings that I have found for Normosol all say it is a solution that is intended to be given via I.V. why are they hard on your stomach ## Sodium Chloride is basically just salt, and while all medications are hard on your stomach, salt tablets are even more so, because they are very acidic. This, coupled with your normal stomach acid, can create stomach irritation, which may lead to ulcers.
