Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is identified as Risperidone 1 mg. This particular pill is white; round; marked with ZC75 as opposed to Z075. Perhaps the "C" was mistaken for a "0"?

Manufacturer: Zydus Pharmaceuticals
National Drug Code (NDC): 68382-0114
Size: 6.00 mm

Respiridone is not a sleeping pill, but is indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and behavior problems in people with autism.

You can learn more about this drug on the page for Risperidone Details

I hope this helps!
