Small Blue Round Pill Capital D On One Side

Its a small round blue prescription drug with the capital letter D on one side of it does anyone know what it is? A friend had stated it was a sleeping tablet but I'm not sure help would be much appreciated thank you :o)

The research I've done leads me to believe that you may in fact have (10 mg) Diazepam like sandra suggested.The only thing is, the imprint on Diazepam is normally D over 10 (sometimes, with another imprint on the back). Is there a possibility that the other imprint could've been smudged off at some point?

Diazepam is also known as Valium, which is a benzodiazepine. It is commonly used for treating anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, seizures including status epilepticus, muscle spasms (such as in cases of tetanus), restless legs syndrome, alcohol withdrawal, benzodiazepine withdrawal, Opiate withdrawal syndrome and Ménière's disease. It may also be used before certain medical procedures (such as endoscopies) to reduce tension and anxiety, and in some surgical procedures to induce amnesia.

Adverse effects:

Adverse effects of Diazepam include anterograde amnesia (especially at higher doses) and sedation, as well as paradoxical effects such as excitement, rage or worsening of seizures in epileptics. Benzodiazepines also can cause or worsen depression. Long-term effects of benzodiazepines such as Diazepam include tolerance, benzodiazepine dependence and benzodiazepine withdrawal syndrome upon dose reduction. After cessation of benzodiazepines, cognitive deficits may persist for at least six months and it was suggested that longer than six months may be needed for recovery from some deficits.

There's no markings on tablets i have just a big capital D. Diazepam comes with D at the top and 10 at the bottom and a straight line through the middle on the front and w and a mixed together on other side, which is brand name. Activis or they come with a line through the middle on 1 side and a 10 on the other, these are M A Holder. Both are proper prescription diazepam/ valium. Any others are foreign or animal diazepam, which dont work! There are also lots of fake diazepam available on the streets including small round blue tablets with msj on 1 side which are very dangerous as you dont know where these have been manufactured and wat they contain!

My amitriptyline look exactly like that, just round, blue with a D in and nothing else, no snap line or anything. Google it and take a look if any if the images match

Rubbish. I have a genuine tablet without a snap line. It is not fake. Doctors don't prescribe fake medicine nor do pharmacists dispense fake medication.

It's amitriptyline 10mg, plain on one side and have a capital D only on the other side .
