Side Effects Of Clindamycin

I am taking clindamycin 300 mg TID for a skin infection. Since starting this medication, I have noticed an increase in saliva production, stomach/digestive issues and a loss of appetite. Are these normal side effects or should I be concerned?

Those can be normal side effects and should go away within a week, or so, of finishing your course of treatment. As listed by the FDA, you may also expense nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

*Experience, not expense. Some days, I hate my computer! LOL

However, if for some reason your symptoms worsen, then should make sure to consult your doctor as you may need to try a different antibiotic.
