I believe that Artribion is not manufactured in the US. Is there any description you can give me so I can locate some information about this drug? Color of the pill? Scored? Shape? Any more information will help me better in assisting you.

The pill is manufactured in El Salvador. It is red and oval in shape. It's glossy but has no writing in it.

I have been using artribion for several months now and have not noticed any side effects. It like a miracle pill that actually alleviates my joint pain caused by gout. I also take uloric for the gout which alleviates the burning sensation caused by the gout, but artribion alleviates the pain in my ankles knees elbows and shoulders. I order them by the bulk. I recommend artribion the all my friends also.

Hello everyone. Even to my family members (siters, aunts) who take this medicine, I advised them the general rule "Everything in Excess is Bad". Just like any other medication for pain, in excess it can cause liver problems, especially if you drink medicine and mix alcohol. IMPORTANT- I am in no way a Doctor, Nurse, or Claim to be a Health Professional. I hope that the information i give here may help clarify somewhat for some of you. To start, Artribion Vitaminado contains "Diclofenac" which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This medicine works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation. Diclofenac is used to treat mild to moderate pain, or signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. The Cataflam brand of this medicine is also used to treat menstrual cramps. You should not use diclofenac if you have a history of allergic reaction to aspirin or NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

Diclofenac may increase your risk of fatal heart attack or stroke, especially if you use it long term or have heart disease. Do not use this medicine just before or after heart bypass surgery (coronary artery bypass graft, or CABG).

Diclofenac may also cause stomach or G.I. bleeding, which can be fatal. These conditions can occur without warning while you are taking this medicine.

Diclofenac side effects - Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs (shown below) of an allergic reaction to diclofenac: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using diclofenac and call your doctor at once if you have:

- severe nausea;
- sudden or severe stomach pain, bloody or tarry stools, coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds;
- flu symptoms, pale skin, unusual tiredness;
- swelling, rapid weight gain;
- worsening asthma (wheezing, chest tightness, trouble breathing);
- heart attack symptoms--chest pain or pressure, pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder, nausea, sweating;
- signs of a stroke--sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body), sudden severe headache, slurred speech, problems with vision or balance;
- liver problems--nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, tired feeling, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes);
- signs of a kidney problem--little or no urinating, painful or difficult urination, swelling in your feet or ankles; or
- severe skin reaction--fever, sore throat, swelling in your face or tongue, burning in your eyes, skin pain, followed by a red or purple skin rash that spreads (especially in the face or upper body) and causes blistering and peeling.
- Older adults may be more likely to have serious stomach problems while taking medicine that contains an NSAID.

Common diclofenac side effects may also include:

heartburn, indigestion, gas, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting; diarrhea, constipation; headache, dizziness, drowsiness; itching, increased sweating; increased blood pressure; or swelling, pain in your arms or legs.

Artribion are long red capsules that are sold in El Salvador. It is the only product I have tried that helps alleviate the inflammation in my joints caused by gout. Since I tried it 2 years ago I have used it daily and there has been no side effects. It consist of about 4 different vitamin B's and something else.

My husband get all this medication from mexico my mother in law has all this kinds of medication for every thing she sends it

If you take these garlic drops they sell them in Mexico for like $2.00. They are super good and have no smell... I take them. Also, drinking pineapple juice is perfect for gout....

I take them and it relieves my hip pain. These are the first pills that I can actually say that it works for me. I get them from eBay and fortunately I have in laws in El Salvador.
