Edarbi (Azilsartan Medoxomil) doesn't appear to list any such symptoms as a possible adverse effect. However it does sound to me like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction to the drug. I could be wrong in assuming this, but there are no side effects stating otherwise.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, the patient prescribing information recommends getting medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.
You can learn more about this drug on the page for Edarbi Details
Were you ever able to confirm that the symptoms you're experiencing aren't just from something else you may have handled or put on your skin?
