Side Effects On Amox

I 'm on treatment with this medication for ten days, after I've been diagnosed Diverticulosis. After days @ the hospital with another antibiotic, Dr sent
me home with Amox Tr-K- CLV. 875-125 Mg Tab
Since I started this oral antibiotic I noticed that my eses are dark brown and came with a yellow fluid. The first day was diarrhea but now is a little more firm.
Is that normal?

Based on my research, the following are listed as side effects of Amoxicillin + Clavulanate Potassium:

- diarrhea that is watery or has blood in it
- dark colored urine
- dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes)
- mild diarrhea, gas, stomach pain

Some of these are listed as severe side effects that should be reported to your doctor immediately for further evaluation and safety. So if they are too severe or haven't shown any signs of going away, then I would just encourage you to follow through with that option.
