Hey guys. All those with thalassemia should never never never take iron supplements. .. infact you need to monitor your iron load and decrease it with medicine.the problem is in ur manufacturing system.if u increase ur iron intake.it will not be utilized and raom n store in body as a toxic substance.

No. You cant. Thallasemic should never take iron supplements. Iron is toxic for them.

I also used sangobion without doctor's permission and it is really good. I had a proper way of eating, made me stress free plus more energy. I feel hyper! I, love sangobion.

My hb is low but i don't why. Everytime when i woke up from my bed or standing for hours i felt dizzy, tired,lightheaded,nausea and sometimes i can't catch up my breath. I also can feel my heart pumping so hard and it was make me uncomfortable sometimes. Is it okay for me taking sangobion ?
