Hello, Vicky! How are you?

It should be taken just before a meal, so it has time to start working by the time you are digesting your food and producing the most stomach acid, unless your doctor has instructed you otherwise.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain.

Is there anything else I can help with?
