Trying to ID a pill. It is rectangle with point on the ends, yellow, BMS 200 on one side & 33 on the other. What is this called and used for? ## The pill being described is Serzone (200 mg). Serzone is an antidepressant marketed by Bristol-Myers Squibb. Its sale was discontinued in 2003 in some countries due to the rare incidence of hepatotoxicity (liver damage), which could lead to the need for a liver transplant, or even death.
