Sertal Compuesto Availability

I need to buy Sertal Compuesto in Los Angeles, CA. Does anyone know about its availability over the counter?

From what I can gather, this medication is not available in the U.S.

Propinox + Lysine Clonixinate are however reported to be the active ingredients in this medication. I would consider searching for these ingredients or asking your local pharmacy about their availability.

Serial compuesto is an antispasmodic, analgesic drug, so finding similar properties among other drugs is also an option.

It's not available in USA, but I get it when I go to my country. It's another antispasmodic. Please ask your doctor for what you need. The medicine name its Levsin. Needs to be prescribed by your doctor. I'm not a doctor or nothing related. Just went to my doctor and she prescribed me this medicine and I saw that it's an antispasmodic like Sertal compuesto. Love Sertal compuesto and wish they have here in USA. No side effects of course, but you need to take it as directed. Good Luck!!
