Seroquel (antihistamine Effect Ex Cetera?)

I am 39 years old male. I take every evening one pill of Seroquel XR 300 mg. That is now the dose after calibrating my medicine for years. I got rid of Escitolapram. And the dose of Seroquel XR has come down from 600 mg.
First and most interesting question is the following:
- I used to get very strong tiredness during some evenings after taking my seroquel 300 mg. Sometimes I thought what I have done wrong. Is it my eating habits. If I eat carbon hydrate dinner and take the pill at the same time almost, will the tiredness come because of that? Still I dont know what is the problem exactly. However, I think one possible explanation could be my allergy medicine. I take Telfast 120 mg (fexofenadine) at the same time when I take my Seroquel. Now I stopped my Telfast because summer is over. I have not felt that tiredness again in the evenings. Maybe too much antihistamine (Telfast + Seroquel)? Can this be true?
- Seroquel monotherapy seems to work for me. I feel somehow stable even if there are some challenges in life. The only problem is that evening tiredness that sometimes gets me. But the effective dose for me must be that 300 mg because under that it is not anymore that effective.
- My diagnoses are asperger syndrome, fear of social situations, not-determined non-physical psychotic disorder (bipolar or schizophrenia or something that has not been diagnosed because of time and economic reasons).
- what other people think about seroquel as monotherapy? do you follow very strict low carbon hydrate diet? what else should i know and do in terms of seroquel?
