Día 1: Dos tabletas antes del desayuno, un almuerzo, una después de después de la cena, y dos antes de acostarse. Si se inicia al final del día, todas las seis tabletas de una vez o dividirla en dos o tres dosis, a menos que se lo indique prescriptor.
