Have you consulted a doctor?

Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol and Flexeril contains the active ingredient Cyclobenzaprine, both of which are muscle relaxants, so they will only help if your pain and problems are caused strictly from muscle pain and spasms.

Hydrocodone is a narcotic, that may help with most types of pain and there are higher dosages available that contain 7.5mgs and 10mgs of it.

However, only your doctor is going to be able to help you determine what is causing the problem and arrive at a proper treatment option.

Soma is the only med I've had that helps with my horrible spasms that go down my right leg, The other benefit is I don't wake up from the spasms.

Re: Speedy (# 2)

My DR. finally gave me an rx. for some soma, I was taken off because I also take Xanax. The DEA. came in his office and looked at the files mine had all of the red flags. I finally got an rx for two a day since the press has cooled off and I've been on Xanax for thirty years.
Soma is the only med that gives me relief from spasms. My right hip feels like raw meet and burns. Only taking two a day is hard to do but way better than none.
