This is an older pill, the company has been purchased by Pliva and they no longer use the SL imprint, the new pills now say Pliva 459.

This one is Theophylline Extended Release 300mgs, a generic for Slo-Bid and a few others. This is a bronchiodilator that helps to make breathing easier.
