Sgpt Treatment

I was diagnosed in SGPT of 110u. My doctor prescribe me a Sylimarin (Steinbach brand) to cure in 10days for my final medical abroad. He said its either fatty liver or chronic liver disease like hepatitis.(please google cause by liver disease) he advice me to eat only grilled fish without using any edible oil, eat fruits, no meat for curing period. For 10 days i only grilled fish in a grilled pan, steamed green camote top leaves(talbos ng kamote) daily for my every meal. I eat random vegetables (gisado lang without any meat, use only few drops of patis to taste and black pepper. Avoid using and eating excessive of salt or enhancer like betsin or guisa flavor mix that also may help to damage the liver. Avoid sodas or any juices that also contain high in sugars. Eat real fruits like i eat real pineapple fruit in morning and 4pm( halves the fruit and eat each half in morning and afternoon). Gnaw it well so u can get the real juice. Pineapple helps too since it has a fiber content to level the cholesterol and sugar in ur body. After every meal i take 1 capsule of sylimarin ( 3×a day every after meal) since it is prescribed by my doctor. Also do an exercise daily for 30 mins by morning or afternoon. A jogging will be great and or take a 30min walk daily. Make sure u would sweat. Sweating removes all toxins and harmful things in ur body, some also released in ur urine. the exercise help for ur faster recovery, eating proper food as advise, and decipline to your self will help sylimarin to restore and do the tricks to revitalise ur liver.
When i got my re-scanning in sgpt, it came back to normal. (sgpt value in men normal 20-50u, women not sure 20-40u.)
