S 301 Yellow Pill

A small yellow oval shaped pill with a division line on one side with the letter "s" on one side of line and number 301 on the other side. Can you tell me what this might be?

This pill with the logo and 301 contains 4mgs of Methylprednisolone, a steroid class medication, it is mostly used to treat conditions such as allergic reactions, swelling and immune disorders.
