Round Orange Pill 44 218

I have a round orange pill with 44 218 on one side and nothing on the other side. Is it really an aspirin or is it oxycodone?

Hi Keke,

A round orange pill with 44 218 on one side and blank on the other, is reportedly identified as an 81mg Aspirin (chewable).

From what I could tell, both Walgreens and Major Pharmaceuticals market their own version of this pill with the same physical description.

This is chewable aspirin - small dose. I recently purchased it and it is made my Major Pharma (a Harvard Drug Company). Sorry to disappoint you!
