Round White Tiny Pill Lightningbult Symbol And N On It

i am looking to find out exactly what these pills do and what they are used for? Does anyone know? It is a very very tiny white round pill...pretty sure is a capital N on one side and a symbol on the other that looks like a lightning bult, thanks for your help, if i can help me out!!
