Round Orange Pne Pill

I have an orangish/peach pill with PNE on one side and nothing on the other. It’s round. I got it in Cozumel Mexico. Any ideas?

Hello Tom,

Identifying foreign pills can be extremely difficult as some of them do not have readily available pill identification tools due to their manufacturing practices not requiring imprints. Fortunately I was able to search around the forums and found another thread that discussed a similar pill but blue. In this thread Ana claims that this medication is Desenfriol-D. By searching for this drug on google through this name I was able to find another Desenfriol-D Mexico pill that has the same imprint but is an orange color and round, it does show however that this pill has a score on the back side. I have linked a picture below of what I found. I was not able to translate the page but It has also been stated in the other thread that this medication acts as an antihistamine, nasal decongestant, analgesic and antipyretic.
