I cannot be 100% certain, but other users of ours have identified this as being a Temaril-P tablet, that is used to treat skin conditions in dogs.
It contains Trimeprazine and Predisolone, however, as a veterinary medication, rather than human, I have no other information on it and no way to confirm this identification.
