Rosuvas-F contains both Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate, so it is a combination of medications that help lower cholesterol and it works better and faster for some people that just using one of the other alone.

You should take whichever one your doctor has advised you to take and for however long they advise you to continue the medication.

As to the Vitamin D and cholesterol, there is some belief that a deficiency in it may contribute to high cholesterol levels and that they may be improved by supplementing someone's Vitamin D, so it is taken back to a normal level.

Studies have shown that taking a vitamin D supplement, however, will not actually lower cholesterol, so those theories remain unsupported at this time.
