I took maybe 4 or 5 500mg robaxin for back pain in a 3 day time period. Then i had a hair drug test 2 weeks later. Will it show positive? Will I fail the test? Thank you. ## Most hair drug tests do not include robaxin. Even if they did it is very doubtful the amount you took would show up. The hair 5 drug panel test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, would go back 90 days. I don't think I would lose any sleep over it.

I am taking Robaxin for lower back, leg and foot pain and although it helps I still experience some pain. Can I also take a painkiller such as Adco-Dol or any other form of paracetemol with the Robaxin? ## Hello, Elsie! How are you? You should be able to take something mild, such as the Paracetamol, if your doctor approves. Taking them both may cause the side effects to be a little worse, so you may experience more nausea, dizziness and drowsiness than usual. Is there anything else I can help with?

i am on at least 10 different medications ive done research and over half of them can cause positive or false positive for THC. my question is if one individually can cause this what happens with all five of them together and possibly the rest? the ones i know of so far are robaxin, naproxen, promethazine, voltaren gel, and the flector patch. the others i am uncertain of they are cymbalta, trazadone, seroquel, nexium, and magnesium. i have had multiple test come back positive and i do not use marijuana, i am trying to explore every avenue and get as much research and proof to support my case. any help will be greatly appreciated. ## If the military gave you Methocarbamol or any other meds dont worry its all on record. ## I know for a fact that promethazine can, as it just happened to me...

It's a NON-NARCOTIC Muscle Relaxor. It's actual name (not any of its "generic" names) is "ROBAXIN". They're 750mg & usually prescribed to take 3 or more tablets a day. Hoe this helps guys! î— ## Thank you for your post! However, to avoid future confusion, I do want to make some clarification. Westward is a pharmaceutical company that manufacturers quite a few different prescription medications, so just because a pill has their logo on it, that doesn't mean it is the generic for Robaxin, which would be Methocarbamol. For a proper identification, you also have to look at the additional markings on the tablet. So, to be precise, the one manufactured by Westward that is an oblong, white tablet that has 750mgs of Methocarbamol in it has the mark...

does taking robaxin cause weight gain. my dr. gave it to me for mustle spasams along with percocet forpain after having back surgery and if its not the robaxin could it be the percocet causing this gain im desperate for an answer ## Have you consulted your doctor? It's really difficult for anyone online to guess what's causing the weight gain, it may be one of the medications, or it may be just due to your being inactive, after the surgery. There is also the possibility that it is just a natural part of your aging process. How much have you gained?

i underwent a cervical discectomy in 2009, and recently i have been suffering from severe pain due to unknown complications of my surgery. the doctor i saw today prescribed me robaxin-500 mg which is a muscle relaxer and dicloxacill 250 mg which is a antibiotic. he said the dicloxacill is a very strong pain killer. i have used it as directed but have had no relief from my stabbing back and neck pain., how is dicloxacill used to treat pain??? ## No, it's not a pain reliever of any type, it is just an antibiotic of the Penicillin class. You can learn more about it here: Did you try asking your doctor about it and how he though it would help with pain?

Is robaxin an addictive drug? a narcotic or anything like that? ## Is robaxin addictive? Is it a narcotic ## It is not a narcotic, it is a muscle relaxant, however, if you are taking it for a long period of time or abusing it, your body will become dependent on it. If you stop taking it abruptly, you will suffer withdrawal effects. Are you taking it as prescribed?

muscel relaxer ## I just started taking Robaxin (methocarbomal) to relieve my fibromyalgia. It makes me drowsy, but I don't seem to have relief with tension. Does it take a while to start working. It has been a week now. ## This is a muscle relaxant, generally used to treat muscle spasms and strains, so it is not a regular pain reliever or tension reliever and will not work like one. Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea and dizziness.
