Diabetic sugar tablet name called "RIGHT SUGAR TABLET" Ministry of Science & Technology Govt. of India. as per newspaper advt. these tables will control sugar level more than any other tablets. Your suggestions?

I take glimepiride 2mg + metformin 500mg twice daily but recently my blood sugar levels have increased to 200 while fasting. Can I take right sugar power tablets along with these? Please advise.

Currently I have been taking right-sugar tablets for the last 5 months, two tabs thrice daily, with allopathic zitamet 20/1000 tabs. Now my sugar range during fasting is 73 & pp 159. I want to know whether I should continue allopathic treatment as well as the right sugar tablets?
