Rifafour (e-275) Dose

I've been prescribed Rifafour e-275 for my treatment. I'm supposed to consume 4 tablets a day. Must I take them at the same time/4 times a day?

I'm taking Rifafour tablets without TB, but am HIV positive and not yet on arvs. Is that ok?

You should take them as instructed. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, and diarrhea.

How long have you been taking them?
